La nueva exposición de Maggie Cardelús en Galería Fúcares representa un continuo al tiempo que un giro en su trayectoria y en los proyectos que hasta ahora hemos visto en la galería. El punto de partida sigue siendo el mismo, su familia y cierta conciliación entre lo profesional y lo personal, pero en este caso da un paso más hacia una intimidad compartida. La exposición es algo más que una disposición de piezas y trabaja con la idea de ambiente y de proceso. El proceso de hacer pan es una metáfora del proceso creativo y de la idea de maternidad. Junto a las obras, una sorpresa, su hijo Lorenzo interviniendo en el espacio expositivo.
Maggie Cardelús' new exhibition at Galería Fúcares is at the same time a continuous and a turn in her career and in the exhibition we have seen in the gallery until now. The point of departure is always the same: her family and a conciliation between the personal and the professional, but in this case she make a step further towards a shared intimacy. The exhibition is something else than a disposition of pieces and works with the idea of environament and process. The process of baking bread is a metaphor of creative process and of the idea of motherhood. Next to the works, a surprise, her son Lorenzo intervining on the exhibition space.
